ZURICH (AP) — FIFA says it has enlisted Norwegian soccer alliance official Kjetil Siem as President Gianni Infantino's executive of vital matters.
FIFA says the part is another one administering the soccer body's structure in Zurich.
For as far back as four years, Siem was secretary general at the Norwegian alliance while Infantino had the same position at UEFA.
